At MugsyMug.com, all mugs are made-to-order. This means every mug is printed especially for you after the order is placed. It helps us reduce waste, keep quality high, and deliver fresh designs straight to your coffee routine ☕
🖨️ Production Time (Business Days)
All orders require production time before shipping.
- Mugs (11oz & 15oz): 2–4 business days
- During peak seasons or holidays, production may take 3–5 business days
Orders are processed only after payment is successfully accepted.
🚚 Shipping Time (After Production)
Shipping time starts after your order has been produced, not from the purchase date.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- USA (Standard Shipping): 3–8 business days
- USA (Express Shipping): 2–3 business days
- Canada: 10–30 business days
- Australia: 10–30 business days
- Rest of World: 10–30 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, customs, or local conditions.
📦 Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted global carriers, including:
- USPS
- FedEx
- DHL
- UPS
- Local postal services (final-mile delivery)
Carrier selection depends on destination and availability.
🌍 International Orders & Customs
International orders may require additional processing time due to customs clearance.
- Customs delays are outside our control
- Import taxes, VAT, or customs fees may apply depending on your country
- Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges
🏝️ Special Delivery Locations
- Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii may take 7–10 additional business days
- Delivery to military or restricted regions may be limited or unavailable
🎄 Peak Seasons & Holidays
During high-demand periods (including but not limited to):
- Valentine’s Day
- Mother’s Day / Father’s Day
- Christmas
- Black Friday / Cyber Monday
Production and shipping times may extend by a few additional business days.
We strongly recommend ordering early during gift seasons.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.
Please note:
- Tracking may take 3–7 business days to update
- If tracking shows no movement initially, the carrier has not yet scanned the package
- Tracking updates will appear once scanned into the system
If your order is past the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist.
🏠 Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If you request redirection or forwarding through the carrier after shipment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
